Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin of Virginia revealed on "Your World" Wednesday that he and Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland urging him to prosecute those demonstrating outside the homes of Supreme Court justices.
