We need a 21st century Marshall Plan to stop taking China's drugs

Today, Communist China dominates the global active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and precursor chemicals, antibiotics, and vitamin markets, leaving patients and policymakers—or even trained pharmacists like me—with very little visibility into the messy supply chain of essential medicines.
