Watchdog accuses Biden Education Dept. of 'weakened oversight' on Chinese money entering universities

Watchdog group Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies (DFI) has filed a FOIA request to the Department of Education demanding transparency in what the group alleges is a Biden administration move to weaken rules surrounding foreign gifts and contracts to colleges.
