Video of 'sniper-type' DC shooting suspect who shot people at random being analyzed: police

Washington, D.C., police are reportedly analyzing graphic video of a shooting that left four people shot, including a 12-year-old girl and a retired police department member, near Edmund Burke School near Van Ness Street Friday, as investigators remain unclear on the motive of suspect Raymond Spencer, who allegedly killed himself afterward inside an apartment authorities described as his “sniper’s nest.”
