University of Nebraska-Lincoln hit with civil rights complaint over 'race-exclusive' filmmaking program

In its complaint, Equal Protection Project alleges that a race-exclusive filmmaking program violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment as well as the Civil Rights Act.
