Texas sheriff's deputy charged in fatal California hit-and-run: police

Former Texas sheriff's deputy Giovanni Ceja was charged with murder a fatal hit-and-run Aug. 6. He's been relieved from duty at the Bexar County Sheriff's Office with a dishonorable discharge.
