CNN's Jamie Gangel reports a male Republican strategist alleges that Matt Schlapp, the influential chairman of the American Conservative Union, groped and fondled him. Schlapp through his attorney denies these allegations. Schlapp's attorney says "we are evaluating legal options for response."
