'Rust' shooting investigator says 'degree of negligence' found on set, criminal charges will be up to DA

A district attorney will determine Alec Baldwin, others' level of responsibility or if there was criminal negligence in the "Rust" shooting, Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza said Tuesday morning.
