Rip currents prompt rescues of 200 swimmers in Virginia and North Carolina

Over the holiday weekend rip currents prompted nearly 200 swimmers to be rescued from the Atlantic Ocean in Virginia and North Carolina. Three swimmers were taken to the hospital.
