Prince William, Kate Middleton attend Manchester arena bombing memorial opening

Prince William gave a personal tribute to the families of the people killed outside of the Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena in 2017. William attended the opening of a public memorial to the victims along with his wife Kate Middleton.
