Ohio prosecutor asks judge to drop charges against Black truck driver mauled by police dog

A Black truck driver, who allegedly defied orders to stop for an inspection, was mauled by a K-9 as he was surrendering in Ohio. A prosecutor is now asking a judge to drop his charges.
