Man pleads guilty to strangling woman and leaving body in Missouri woods after 3 decades

A man pleaded guilty Friday to involuntary manslaughter and felonious restraint in the death of 22-year-old Karla Delcour. She was found dead with her wrists and neck bound by a cord.
