For a couple of years now, I have been pushing the idea that it is OK to eat nothing but snacks for supper, but I’d like to take it further: It’s not just OK to eat snacks for supper, it’s OK to eat a whole board of easy Thanksgiving appetizers as Thanksgiving dinner.
