Las Vegas man gets nearly 30 years for role in St. Paul bar shooting

Devondre Phillips, 31, of Las Vegas, has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in prison for his role in a St. Paul bar shooting that left a woman dead and over a dozen others injured.
