Rosevillians have a new place to get their sweet on. JULIAN’S PASTRY NOUVEAU recently opened in the Eureka Ridge Plaza shopping center, serving French pastries, cookies, cream puffs, fruit tarts and more. Owner Julian Perrigo-Jimenez once competed on Food Network’s “Holiday Wars” baking competition, so you can be sure he knows a thing or two about desserts.
