John Beargrease 2022 sled dog marathon won by Wisconsin musher

Wisconsin musher Ryan Anderson won his fourth John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon title by a wide margin. Anderson, of Cushing, Wisconsin also won the race in 2011, 2015 and 2017
