Is honking your horn a First Amendment right?

Ticketed for honking at a political protest, a California woman lost her case claiming the law infringed on her Constitutional right to free speech. "Political expression takes all sorts of forms," says First Amendment expert Gautam Hans, who filed a brief on her behalf, "and this is one that's very longstanding."
