Hagerty introduces bill to allow Title 42 to be used to protect US from drug smuggling

Sen. Bill Hagerty on Wednesday is introducing legislation that would allow the Title 42 public health order -- currently in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic -- to be used to protect the U.S. from the smuggling of deadly drugs like fentanyl.
