Georgia State Patrol welcomes 12 new K-9 officers, including rescued German shepherd Rex

Rex, a spiritied and enthusiastic German shephard, was discovered suffering in a Georgia animal shelter until he and 11 other dogs recieved badges to join the Georgia State Patrol.
