Georgia man charged with murder after allegedly staging wife's death as suicide

Georgia’s Jones County Sheriff’s Office says investigators determined Troy Newton Scarborough, already a convicted felon, caused the death of his wife, Shyanne Schroeder, who was found with a gunshot wound to the head by deputies responding to a 911 call about a suicide.
