Florida man arrested in attempted kidnapping of child bonds out of jail

Vinh Nguyen, 37, posted bond Wednesday, a day after his arrest in connection to an attempted broad daylight kidnapping of a child who was walking to school in an Orlando neighborhood earlier this week.
