Florida authorities arrest pet owner in Fort Myers after dog tethered to a post was found dead

Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 34-year-old Jade Green after her 5-year-old pit bull was found dead in her yard. Investigators said the dog was left for hours.
