FDA cracks down on companies that sell unauthorized vapes to kids: ‘We will hold anyone accountable’

The FDA has sent warning letters to 15 companies for selling “unauthorized e-cigarette products" — otherwise known as vapes — disguised with kid-enticing designs, according to a press release.
