Democrat Josh Shapiro to become Pennsylvania's 48th governor at Tuesday's inaugural celebration

The inauguration for Democrat Josh Shapiro is scheduled for Jan. 17. Shapiro will become the 48th governor of Pennsylvania. Shapiro was previously a state lawmaker for eight years.
