ORLANDO, Fla. – The annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) typically includes members of the liberal media attempting to cause scenes, mock attendees and harass Republican lawmakers and other prominent speakers – but CPAC chairman Matt Schlapp doesn’t seem to mind.
