Biden admin announces new Border Patrol chief to replace Raul Ortiz

The Department of Homeland Security on Friday announced that Jason Owens, the current head of the Del Rio Border Patrol Sector, will take over from Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz when he retires in a few weeks.
