Baltimore to pay $48M to men wrongly convicted in 1983 'Georgetown jacket' murder case

Baltimore will pay a cumulative $48 million to Alfred Chestnut, Andrew Stewart and Ransom Watkins, who each served 36 years in prison for a murder they did not commit.
