Aftermath: Explosion takes out government building in Kharkiv

A large explosion destroyed a government building in central Kharkiv, Ukraine, according to videos of the incident posted by the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ukrainian government officials. It comes after the Ukrainian president accused Russia of committing war crimes by bombing Kharkiv and attacking civilians. CNN's Alex Marquardt reports.
