Abbott signs agreement with neighboring Mexican state to scale back border inspections of trucks

Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a memorandum Wednesday with Gov. Samuel Alejandro García Sepulveda of neighboring Mexican state Nuevo Leon that will scale back enhanced truck inspections at their border.
